"It has been my life-long vision to combine my passions and skills to inspire, empower, and awaken individuals to their true essence and self-worth. While breaking thru old, limiting beliefs and stories that don't empower us and are blocking individuals from living the life of their dreams, radiating in their true essence. It is our birthright to feel worthy, appreciated, loved and beautiful. I also know we teach others what we so desperately need to learn ourselves.

I have been a nurturer my entire life in some form or another. For as long as I can remember my desire to assist people in their healing process and to hold a safe and sacred place for their light to shine again, has always been my nature. Because of this I have many accomplishments throughout my journey of life. I am currently a certified Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, Acne Treatment Adviser, Licensed Cosmetologist and a Radio Host. Since I continue to be an avid student of self help and self growth, I am furthering my education to be a Diet and Nutrition Adviser, Cognitive Behavior Therapist, certified Make-up Artist,and a Licensed Esthetician. I have also completed various programs such as The Landmark Forum, Dynamic Essential and Research and Job Development Advancement. I have also put in a countless number of hours volunteering at J-Cap drug rehabilitation center, several domestic violence women shelters, government assistance programs, health fairs, group talks, and community service events.

Because I have an innate gift to connect with others which enables me to see the light and beauty in every individual I come in contact with, I have been inspired to start my own business called The Nourish Boutique NYC. This venture allows me the opportunity to aid others as a beauty wellness therapist and implement several coaching modalities. It also gives me the opportunity to work with individuals who may be suffering from low-energy, low self-esteem, low self-worth, and are lacking self-love and confidence, while feeling imprisoned by the circumstances of their present life. I’m a firm believer that beauty begins from the inside. And because of this I am the perfect lifeline for my clients to have their breakthrough moments.
