It is my hope with this blog to help inspire, encourage, teach and learn from each other’s experiences, skills, and knowledge on health in physical, spiritual, mental, skincare, hair care, and foot care. All of which are equally important - all bearing many variables based on each of our individual needs. I want to explore ingredients/labels, skincare/conditions and treatments, foot care, and the benefits of maintaining healthy happy tootsies.
We will also talk about the many myths, various DYI, hair care, nutrition, self-love, and always there will be Q&A. If you ever have a personal question you don’t want to share here please feel free to email me and I will respond to you and try to help you in any way I am able to. I have been in this business for over twenty years and throughout my time I’ve learned my mission on this earth isn’t to simply provide a service but to embrace each person that I meet with open arms and an open heart, mind, and soul. To get to know my clients and those that I encounter within the time of their treatment/interaction, to aid in their treatment by speaking on self-love, awareness, commitment to their selves because beauty starts from the inside out.
